Because we are kids too, we 100% understand that most kids have other commitments like sports or a musical instrument. How we set up work hours is very unique, as we set them up on a team member-team member basis, meaning that a young person with 100 prior commitments won’t have the same number of hours as a person with none. This way, we make sure every person on board enjoys their time at Kidfinity to the fullest extent!

Because we’re still a startup, we use a program called the Purposeful Profit Project Program. Depending on your job, you take a certain percentage of that project’s revenue. So if you are the audio editor for the Fireflies podcast, you might take 10% of the show’s revenue.
